【摘要】目的 探讨超早期动脉溶栓治疗脑梗死疗效。方法 在DSA下，采用seldinger技术，置管至血栓处附近，超早期给予rt-pa或尿激酶局部溶栓。结果 行超早期动脉溶栓脑梗死患者血管再通，偏瘫肌力改善明显。结论 超早期溶栓效果肯定，对符合超早期溶栓患者应尽量采用动脉局部溶栓治疗。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the efficacy of early arterial thrombolysis in cerebral infarction. Methods DSA, using seldinger technology, near the tube to the thrombus, super early to give rt-pa or Urokinase. Results superselective arterial thrombolysis for cerebral infarction in patients with early revascularization, hemiplegia, muscle strength improved significantly. Conclusions The positive effects of early thrombolysis, to meet the ultra-early thrombolytic therapy should be used in patients with arterial local thrombolysis.
