【摘要】目的 探讨关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 对我院2008年3月～2009年8月收治的69例膝骨性关节炎患者采用关节镜治疗。结果 69例患者73膝手术时间为30～50min，平均时间为40min，术中无1例出血.术后常规引流，引流血性关节液50～80ml，平均60ml。术后14天对69例73膝进行疗效评定，其中疗效优者17膝，良者38膝，可者10膝，差者8膝，优良率为75.3%。69例患者术后并发症主要有感染、关节积液，其中感染者2例，有关节积液者3例，其中有1例患者术前即有积液。69例患者均获得10～18个月随访，再次进行疗效评定，其中优49膝，良者16膝，可者5膝，差者3膝，优良率为89.0%。结论 关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎患者临床症状改善明显，手术近期疗效及远期疗效均较高，临床治疗效果好。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Methods The hospital in March 2008 ~ August 2009 admitted 69 patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with arthroscopic treatment. Results 69 patients with 73 knee operation time was 30 ~ 50min, the average time was 40min, no one case of intraoperative bleeding. After conventional drainage, bloody drainage of joint fluid 50 ~ 80ml, an average of 60ml. 14 days after 73 knees of 69 patients for efficacy evaluation, including superior efficacy in 17 knees, good in 38 knees, 10 knees can be, and poor in 8 knees, good rate of 75.3%. 69 patients had postoperative complications included infection, joint effusion, of which 2 cases of infection, 3 patients with joint effusion, of which 1 patient before surgery that is fluid. 69 patients have received 10 to 18 months of follow-up, once again the clinical results were excellent in 49 knees, good in 16 knees, the knee may be in 5 and poor in 3 knees, good rate of 89.0%. Conclusion The arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis symptoms improved significantly, surgical efficacy and long-term efficacy are high, effective clinical treatment.

骨性关节炎多见于中老年患者，其发病率与年龄相关，临床上主要表现为膝关节负重时疼痛，行走或上下楼加重。目前骨性关节炎治疗效果不佳。我院于2008年3月～2009年8月对收治的69例膝骨性关节炎患者采用关节镜治疗，并随访10～18个月，患者临床症状明显改善，治疗效果良好。现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取我院2008年3月～2009年8月收治的69例膝骨性关节炎患者为观察对象。69例患者共73膝患有骨性关节炎。69例患者中男29例，女40例；年龄39～75岁，平均(57.8±2.4)岁；其中左膝关节36例，右膝关节40例，双膝关节4例。69例患者临床上均有反复发作性膝关节疼痛，并有肿胀、晨僵及休息痛等表现，疼痛严重时膝关节功能受限而行走不便或不能行走。所有患者经X线并进行分级[1]，其中0级为正常，Ⅰ级为轻度骨赘，Ⅱ级为明显骨赘 ......
