3.0T磁共振血管成像显示评价大脑前动脉A1段发育差异性的影像学研究

     【摘要】目的 利用3.0T磁共振血管成像技术显示大脑前动脉A1段并对双侧发育差异性及其立体影像解剖进行初步研究。方法 对215例接受大脑前动脉3.0T磁共振血管成像检查的患者图像进行回顾性分析, 结合横断面图像观察双侧大脑前动脉A1段发育变异情况。结果 共有40例患者双侧大脑前动脉动脉A1段存在先天的发育差异,占全部病例数的18.6%, 其中左侧大脑前动脉A1段先天性发育细小21例占所有病例数的9.8 %,占存在变异数的52.5 %;右侧大脑前动脉A1段先天性发育细小19例占所有病例数的8. 9 %,占存在变异数的47.5 %;双侧大脑前动脉A1段管径等粗者175例。 结论 双侧大脑前动脉A1段先天发育存在一定的差异性,但分布的侧别差异性不明显,3T磁共振血管成像技术能予以较好的显示与评价,能够准确的判断优势供血动脉,可以合理解释单侧脑缺血症状的病因。

Results In 40 patients with bilateral the anterior cerebral arteries artery A1 period, the development of existing innate differences ,the total number of cases 18.6%, Which left the anterior cerebral artery A1 section 21 cases of congenital development of all small number of cases, the 9.8 % ,the number of existing variation of venture 52.5%; Before the right side of the brain arterial A1 segment of small 19 cases of congenital development of all cases8. 9 % , The variance of existing 47.5 percent; Bilateral the anterior cerebral artery A1 section of pipe diameter, etc. About 175 cases of coarse . conclusion Bilateral the anterior cerebral arteries A1 period there are certain differences congenital development, but distribution is not obvious, lateral don't difference 3T magnetic resonance angiograms imaging technology to better display and evaluation, can accurate judgment advantage, can reasonable explanation of the arterial blood supply to the etiology of unilateral symptoms of cerebral ischemia.
