54555例职工健康体检结果分析与健康管理重要性探索

【摘要】本文收集2009年某企业54555名职工健康体检结果，按性别、年龄分类统计健康体检中常见的16种疾病阳性指标或体症检出率。结果 在该体检人群中异常率前三位是血脂异常、体重超重、肝功指标异常，分别占体检人数的44.23%、25.05%、24.96%。男性体检者中异常率前三位是血脂异常、体重超重、肝功指标异常，分别占体检人数的48.03%、28.72%、28.59%。女性体检者中异常率前三位是血脂异常、宫颈炎、乳腺增生，分别占体检人数的34.17%、31.39%、17.51%。讨论 随着社会的发展，国民健康需求问题日益突出，健康体检成了人们了解自身健康状况的根本途径，但是健康体检只是手段，最终目的是预防和控制疾病的发生、发展，健康管理是达到这一目标的重要措施。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the employees health condition and to explore the importance of health management. Methods To collect the physical examination Results of 54555 cases in an enterprise in 2009 and statistics the 16 diseases of detected rates of positive sign in different ages and diffetent sexisme.Results The first three indexes of abnormal rate in the group are abnormal blood lipid、overweight and abnormal liver function,these indexes account for 44.23%、25.05% and 24.96% respectively. The first three indexes of abnormal rate in the males are abnormal blood lipid、overweight and abnormal liver function,and account for 34.17%、31.39% and 17.15%. The first three indexes of abnormal rate in the females are abnormal blood lipid、cervicitis and mammary hyperplasia,and account for 34.17%、31.39% and 17.15%. Conclusion The demands ofnationalhealth are gradually outstanding with the development of the society, health examination become the fundamental way to understand own healthy status,but health examination is only an method and halth management is the important measure to prevent and control the occurrence and development of diseases.
