【摘要】目的 探讨急性心梗患者行静脉溶栓治疗的临床护理措施。方法 回顾性分析我院2009年1月~2010年10月收治的51例行静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死患者资料，并对临床护理方法进行总结。结果 51例患者经过我院的静脉溶栓治疗，有32例患者血管再通，有2例患者出现皮肤黏膜出血，有13例患者出现再灌注性心律失常，4例患者表现为一过性低血压。结论 良好的临床护理能够有助于提高早期溶栓治疗的临床效果，护士需要密切监测患者的生命体征，并保证药物能够准确地输入，及时发现异常情况，协助医生进行处理。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate patients with acute myocardial infarction thrombolytic therapy in clinical care measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2009 - October 2010 admitted 51 routine intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction data, and clinical nursing summary. Results 51 patients after intravenous thrombolytic therapy in our hospital, 32 patients with recanalization, 2 patients had skin and mucous membrane bleeding, 13 patients had reperfusion arrhythmia, 4 patients showed a transient low blood pressure. Conclusion good clinical care can help to improve the clinical effect of early thrombolytic therapy, nurses need to closely monitor the patient's vital signs, and to ensure that drugs able to accurately input, to detect anomalies, to help doctors deal with. ......
