【摘要】目的 探讨重症肌无力危象并发呼吸衰竭的病情评估及护理方法。方法 通过评估患者的病情，对患者采取呼吸衰竭的护理、机械通气的护理、吞咽困难的护理、营养支持等措施。结果 经过积极治疗和精心护理，患者好转出院。结论 对重症肌无力危象并发呼吸衰竭患者加强病情观察及全面护理，可明显提高患者的抢救成功率。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the condition assessment and care methods of myasthenic crisis with respiratory failure. Method By assessing the condition of patients, the patient's care to respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation care, dysphagia care, nutritional support et.al. Result After aggressive treatment and careful nursing, the patient improved and discharged. Conclusion Of myasthenic crisis with respiratory failure patients strengthen the observation and comprehensive care, can significantly improve the survival rate of patients.
