不同分期围绝经期牙周病妇女性激素\相关血清离子及骨代谢指标分析(1)

【摘要】目的 分析不同分期围绝经期牙周病妇女性激素、相关血清离子及骨代谢指标。方法 连续选择84例围绝经期牙周病妇女，入选对象按牙周病指数 (PDI)分为牙周炎组(25例，PDI 1～3)、牙周病组(31例，PDI 4～5)和晚期牙周病组(28例，PDI 6～7)，对照组选择27例同期在我院进行体检结论健康同龄女性。4组对象接受了血钙(Ca2+)、血磷(P)、血清雌激素(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、骨钙素(BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等指标测定。结果 各个分期的围绝经期牙周病妇女血清Ca2+和E2测定值明显低于对照组，而血清BGP和AKP测定值均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01～0.05)；重度牙周病组的Ca2+和E2测定值均明显低于牙周炎组和牙周病组，而血清BGP和AKP测定值也明显高于后两组(P均<0.01～0.05)。结论 不同分期围绝经期牙周病妇女均存在明确的外周血Ca2+和E2低水平表达，同时各项骨代谢指标增加，其中晚期牙周病患者上述改变更为显著。

Analysis of sexual hormone, correlated serum ion, and bone metabolism indicators in three-level periodontal disease women during perimenopausal period

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the sexual hormone, correlated serum ion, and bone metabolism indicators in three-level periodontal disease women during perimenopausal period. Methods A total of 84 women with periodontal disease at different perimenopausal periods were selected and divided, according to periodontal disease index (PDI), into periodontitis group (n=25, PDI 1-3), periodontal disease group (n=31, PDI 4-5), and advanced periodontal disease group (n=28, PDI 6-7). Meanwhile, another 27 healthy women were selected as the control group. All cases in the four groups were accepted the tests of serum calcium (Ca2+), serum phosphorus (P), serum estrogen (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), bone gla protein (BGP), and alkaline phosphatase (AKP). Results The Ca2+ and E2 values in the three PDI groups were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the BGP and AKP values in the three groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01-0.05). The Ca2+ and E2 values in the PDI 6-7 group were significantly lower than those in the other two PDI groups, but the BGP and AKP values in the PDI 6-7 group were significantly higher than those in the other two PDI groups (P<0.01-0.05).Conclusion It is clearly indicated that Ca2+ and E2 expressions are low in the three-level periodontal disease women during perimenopausal period, but the bone metabolism indicators are increased; especially, the expressions are significantly changed in the PDI 6-7 group ......
