【摘要】目的 探讨早期康复护理脑卒中患者、对语言障碍运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法 将118例患者通过入院问卷调查，根据个人情况，制定康复计划，通过辅助运动、被动运动、按摩等综合康复护理。结果 1年随访，有效率达89%，取得满意的效果。结论 脑卒中患者患者通过综合康复护理，促进恢复自理生活的能力，提高生活质量，回归家庭和社会，成为自然人有良好的促进作用。

    Study on Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients of Cerebral Apoplexy

    【Abstract】Objective To probe into the influence of rehabilitation nursing of patients of cerebral apoplexy at the early stage in terms of language obstacle, movement function and daily viability. Methods Questionnaires were designed to investigate 118 patients of cerebral apoplexy in hospital. Various recovery plans of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, which covered aided exercise, passive exercise and massage, were made according to patients’ specific conditions. Results The follow-up survey showed that the effective rate was 89%, which was a satisfactory result. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of patients of cerebral apoplexy can improve their ability to arrange life to better life quality. Thus, rehabilitation nursing can help patients to enjoy family and social life more. ......
