乳腺浸润性导管癌中多药耐药相关蛋白的表达情况(1)

     【摘要】目的 探讨多药耐药相关蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达情况,及与其发生发展的关系。方法 运用免疫组化SP法,检测116例经病理确诊为乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中肺耐药蛋白(LRP)、胸苷酸合成酶(TS)、谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST-π)、拓扑异构酶(TopoⅡ),及相关原癌基因的检测。结果 4种耐药相关基因蛋白的表达与年龄之间以及激素受体表达情况等的关系均无相关性.(P=0.084~0.696),但在分期方面, GST-π、TS和TopoII 差异有统计学意义(P=0.000~0.015),而LRP差异无统计学意义(p =0.093)。另外,有无淋巴结转移方面,除了TS在淋巴结转移阳性患者中有高表达外 (p =0.000),其余3种均无相关性(P=0.210~0.584)。结论 LRP、TS、GST-π、TOPOⅡ在乳腺癌组织中的表达,除了与肿瘤的耐药相关外,与肿瘤的发生和发展也有着密切的关系,特别是TS,它的表达与病情的进展似乎有着更密切的关系。

    Expressions and significance of multidrug resistance related proteins in infiltrating breast cancer

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions and development of multidrug resistance related proteins in infiltrating breast cancer. Methods The streptavidin-biotin immunoperoxidase (SP) technique was used to evaluate the expression of lung resistance protein(LRP), thymidylate synthase(TS), glutathione-s-transfrease(GST-π) and TopoisomeraseⅡ(TopoⅡ)in 116 cases ofcancerous tissues. Results There were no correlation between the four multidrug-resistance gene and age, ER, PR in human breast cancer.(P=0.084~0.696), A significant positive correlation was observed between GST-π、TS and TopoII expression in the TNM staging (P=0.000~0.015) except LRP (p =0.093).In addition,there was strongest positive statistical correlation between with the TS expression in lymph node-positive and the negative (p =0.000),but the others were not related (P=0.210~0.584). Conclusion The expressions of LRP, TS, GST-π, TOPO Ⅱ in breast cancer tissues were not only to related to the multidrug resistance, but also to have closely related with the incidence and development of breast cancer.
