鼻咽癌组织中mTOR的表达及其临床病理意义(1)

【摘要】目的 研究鼻咽癌组织中mTOR表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学EnVision二步法检测47例鼻咽癌组织中， mTOR的表达，回顾性研究表达与发生发展、预后及浸润转移的关系。结果 47例NPC组织中，mTOR表达阳性检出率为：70.2%(33/47)，而鼻息肉组织中的mTOR表达阳性检出率为：25.0%(5/20)，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。不同分化程度NPC组织中，高分化组、中低分化组mTOR的阳性表达率分别为55.0%、81.5%，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。阳性表达提示mTOR与肿瘤发生有关，与分化程度关系密切，与恶性度有密切关系。不同TNM的NPC组织中，Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期组、Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期组mTOR的阳性表达率分别为72.0%、68.2%，P> 0.05，差异无统计学意义。提示mTOR与肿瘤分期关系不密切。在有无淋巴结转移的NPC组织中，有淋巴结转移组、无淋巴结转移组mTOR的阳性表达率分别为76.7%、58.8%，P> 0.05，差异无统计学意义。提示mTOR与淋巴结转移关系不密切。结论 (1)mTOR在鼻咽癌发生发展中起重要作用。(2)mTOR与鼻咽癌的预后判定有关。

Significance and Expressions of mTOR in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
【Abstract】Objective To investigate significance and expressions of mTOR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to determine the expressions of mTOR，Pokemon in 47 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of nasal polyp, and their correlations to the clinicopathologic characteristics of NPC were analyzed. Results In 47 example NPC organization, the mTOR expression masculine detection rateis: 70.2% (33/47), but in them alignancy polyp organization's mTOR expression masculine detection rateis: 25.0% (5/20). P<0.05, statistics difference has the significance. In the different split up degree, NPC organization, splits up the group, the low split up group mTOR masculine expression rate respectively is high 55.0%, 81.5%. P<0.05, statistics difference has the significance. The masculine expression prompts mTOR and the tumor occurs related, with splits up the degree relations to be close, has the close relation with the m alignancy. In different TNM NPC organization,ⅠTime + ⅡTime group,ⅢTime + Ⅳtime group mTOR masculine expression rate respectively is 72.0%, 68.2%. P> 0.05, statistics difference does not have the significance.
