【摘要】目的 探讨覆盖义齿修复过程中的四手操作护理配合。方法 选取临床修复患者96例，进行覆盖义齿修复，修复过程中研究护理步骤，修复后一年内进行随访观察，探讨四手操作在修复过程中的作用。结论 护理人员应充分掌握覆盖义齿的适应症、临床优势及相关特点，了解修复治疗的全部程序，充分发挥四手操作的技能优势，才能更好的为患者提供服务，取得良好的临床效果。

    The four-handed dentistry of oral nurisng for overdenture treatment

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the process of overdenture nursing with the four-handed dentistry. Methods Choose 96 patients who apply the method of overdenture, discuss the processes of the oral nursing and four-handed dentistry, and pay follow-up-visit on patients in one year, then investigate the founction of the four-handed dentistry. Conclusion Nurses should recognize the indication and contraindications of the overdenture, and also know the advantages of overdentures, related clinical characteristics, realize every step during the treatment of overdenture. Oral nurse should take advantages of four-handed dentistry effectively in order to provide better services to patients and achieve better clinical results. ......
