【摘要】目的 对比分析严重急性呼吸综合征胸部X线和CT诊断。方法 回顾性分析70例SARS患者。分析比较胸部X线和CT诊断情况。结果 采用胸部X线诊断检查可以有效了解肺部情况，适用于SARS早期诊断；通过CT检查，显示CT检查可以准确判断肺部病损范围及程度，同时还可以显示肺叶损害病灶部位是肺实质、肺间质。结论 结合胸部X线和CT诊断方法，有利于对严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的诊断及治疗。

    【Abstract】Objective Comparative analysis of severe acute respiratory syndrome, chest X-ray and CT diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis 70 patients with SARS. Analysis and comparison of chest X-ray and CT diagnosis of the situation. Results The chest X-ray diagnostic examination can effectively understand the lung condition for the early diagnosis of SARS; by CT scan showed lung CT scan can accurately determine the scope and extent of lesions, but also can show the lesion site is the lung parenchymal damage , interstitial lung.
