静点盐酸氨溴索佐治小儿支气管肺炎顽固性痰鸣音的疗效分析(1)

【摘要】目的 观察分析静点盐酸氨溴索佐治小儿支气管肺炎顽固性痰鸣音的临床效果，总结其临床价值。方法 选取我院2009年2月至2011年2月180例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各90例，对照组采取常规抗病毒、抗感染等对症综合治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，加用盐酸氨溴索0.5-1mg/kg/d进行静点，1天1次，观察对比两组治疗效果，进行统计学分析。结果 观察组显效45例，有效41例，无效4例，胃肠道反应4例，停药后自行缓解或消失，总有效率95.6%，对照组显效39例，有效25例，无效26例，总有效率71.1%，两组疗效对比差异显著(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论 静点盐酸氨溴索佐治小儿支气管肺炎顽固性痰鸣音的临床效果显著，明显优于常规治疗，毒副作用低，能有效缩短病程，值得在临床上合理推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the analysis of intravenous hydrochloric acid ammonium bromide Suozuo intractable infantile bronchial pneumonia, sputum clinical results, summarized their clinical value.
