【摘要】目的 探寻引起输液外渗的常见原因并采取预防措施。方法 通过加强护士工作责任心，正确选择血管、熟练穿刺技术、加强巡视病房、做好患者宣教等措施有效减少输液外渗发生率。结果 在对护士和患者采取相应的护理干预下，降低了患者输液外渗发生率。结论 对输液外渗的原因及时分析并采取相应措施，提高了护理质量和满意度。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the fluid extravasation caused by a common cause and take preventive measures. Methods work by strengthening the accountability of nurses, the right choice of vascular, skilled puncture technique, step up inspections ward, patients do missionary and other measures to effectively reduce the incidence of fluid leakage. Results for nurses and patients take the appropriate care and intervention, reducing the incidence of extravasation in patients with transfusion. Conclusion infusion extravasation timely analysis of the causes and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of care and satisfaction.
