【摘要】目的 探讨颈部创伤的临床表现与救治方法。方法 回顾性分析我院2001年5月——2011年5月收治的80例颈部创伤患者的临床治疗方法和相应措施。结果 80例皆临床治愈，其中63例患者Ⅰ期治愈，无并发症，17例接受Ⅱ期手术而治愈，无死亡病例；46例气管切开病例， 除 6例因喉狭窄接受Ⅱ期手术(瘢痕切除)外，均在1个月之内成功拔管。结论 在颈部创伤患者救治过程中，要把抢救生命放在首位，并积极防止并发症的发生，科学准确的处理呼吸困难、出血和休克是救治成功的关键。

    【Abstract】Objective The clinical manifestations of neck trauma and treatment methods. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in May 2001 - May 2011 were treated 80 cases of neck trauma treatment and clinical measures.Results 80 casesareclinically cured,63patients withstageⅠcuredwithout complications, 17patients underwentsurgeryⅡcuredand no deaths; 46 cases of tracheotomy patients, in addition to 6 cases of laryngeal stenosis acceptance stage Ⅱ surgery (scar removal), but were within one month of successful extubation. Conclusions Neck trauma patients in the treatment process, we should give priority to saving lives, and actively prevent the occurrence of complications, scientific and accurate processing of breathing difficulties, bleeding and shock is the key to successful treatment. ......
