【摘要】目的 观察应用压力梯度长袜预防人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 将2002年3月~2006年1月接受人工髋关节置换手术的89例患者按照使用压力梯度长袜与否分为观察组与对照组，对照组在术后应用机械方法预防DVT，观察组在术后加用压力梯度长袜预防DVT。于术后3～8天行彩色多普勒检查进行DVT的确诊并记录DVT的例数及部位。结果 对照组48例患者中，有16例发生DVT，发生率为33.33%，其中左侧13例，右侧3例；观察组41例患者中，有2例发生DVT，发生率为4.88%，左右侧各1例。结论 应用压力梯度长袜能够有效降低人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的发病率。

Prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis with graduated compression stocking for patients after total hip replacement
【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of graduated compression stocking on the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT) in patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods Eighty-nine patients were performed the operation of total hip replacement between March 2002 and January 2006. They were devided into two groups: control and observation, according to whether the graduated compression stocking was used. The control group utilize physical method to prevent DVT; the observation group utilize physical method combined with graduated compression stocking to prevent DVT. Deep vein ultrasound imaging was performed on the 3rd-8th day postoperatively for detection of DVT. Results The incidence of DVT was 33.33% in control group, 4.88% in observation group. Conclusion The utilize of graduated compression stocking can reduce the incidence of DVT of patients after total hip replacement.
