浅谈孕产妇死亡影响因素与干预措施

【摘要】目的 观察探讨孕产妇死亡的影响因素，总结其干预措施及临床意义。方法 选取某地区2005年1月至2011年1月孕产妇死亡48例，应用Logistic回归分析与直线相关的统计方法对孕产妇死亡的影响因素进行分析。结果 专业医护人员护理下分娩率、产前保健的实施率、采取避孕措施的人口比例、城市化人口的比例、总生育率、成年女性识字率、享有环境卫生设施的包括城市和农村的人口比例、人均国民总收入均为孕产妇死亡的影响因素，其中总生育率与孕产妇死亡呈正相关的关系(P>0.05)，其它因素皆为负相关的关系(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。专业医护人员护理下分娩率与产前保健的实施率影响最大，其次为采取避孕措施的人口比例和成年女性识字率。结论 针对相关孕产妇死亡的影响因素，做好孕期保健的宣教、规范产检、实施计划生育、采取住站分娩是降低孕产妇死亡率的根本保证与重要手段，具有重要的临床意义。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the effects of maternal factors, interventions and summarize its clinical significance. Method Select an area from January 2005 to January 2011 maternal deaths in 48 cases, Logistic regression analysis and linear statistical methods related to the effects of maternal factors were analyzed. Results The rate of health care professionals under the care of delivery, prenatal care, the implementation of the rate, the proportion of people using contraception, the proportion of urban population, the total fertility rate, adult female literacy rate, enjoy the environmental sanitation in urban and rural populations proportion of per capita gross national income are factors affecting maternal mortality, total fertility and maternal mortality which was positively correlated (P> 0.05), other factors are all negative correlation (P <0.05), statistically significance. Health care professionals under the care delivery rate and rate of implementation of antenatal care the greatest impact, followed by the percentage of the population to take contraceptive measures and adult female literacy rate. Conclusions the impact of factors related to maternal mortality, good prenatal care in the church, standardized birth, family planning, giving birth to live station is the fundamental guarantee to reduce maternal mortality and an important means to have important clinical significance ......
