阿托伐他汀辅助治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的 观察阿托伐他汀对不稳定性心绞痛患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选取我院自2009年7月至2011年7月入院临床诊断为不稳定型心绞痛患者100例随机分为治疗组和观察组，各50例。2组均按常规方法运用硝酸酯类，抗血小板聚集和抗凝药物等进行连续治疗4周，其中，治疗组每晚增服阿托伐他汀(由辉瑞公司生产)10mg，对照组则无给任何调脂药。观察两组患者治疗前后自身的血浆胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)的变化和治疗后治疗组和观察组两组TC和TG的比较，观察两组患者治疗前后的心绞痛的改善程度。结果 经过治疗后，治疗组的TC和TG明显低于观察组，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗组的TC和TG在治疗后下降程度明显，治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；对照组的TC和TG治疗后变化不明显，自身治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间患者的心肌酶和肝肾功能均无异常。结论 阿托伐他汀辅助不稳定性心绞痛治疗，可以有效降低TC和TG，减少粥样斑块不稳定性，UA患者缓解临床症状。

【Abstract】Objective Chae Tuo atorvastatin in patients with unstable angina on clinical therapeutic effect. Methods In our hospital from July 2009 to July 2011 admission clinical diagnosis of 100 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group, 50 patients. 2 groups according to conventional methods using nitrates, anti-platelet aggregation, and anticoagulant drugs for continuous treatment for 4 weeks, which, by treatment group night service atorvastatin (from Pfizer) 10mg, the control group were not to any lipid-lowering drug. Results After treatment, the treatment group, TC and TG was significantly lower than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); treatment group, TC and TG level significantly decreased after treatment, statistically significant differences before and after treatment (P <0.01); the control group, TC and TG did not change significantly after treatment, before and after their treatment, no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05). The total effective treatment group was significantly higher (P <0.05). During treatment of patients with enzymes and liver and kidney function showed no abnormality.
