【摘要】目的 总结喉癌患者在围手术期的护理经验，对护理效果进行探讨。方法 选择我院2005年9月至2010年9月收治的21例喉癌患者，其中声门上癌6例，声门癌9例，声门下癌6例。对手术治疗方法、护理方法及护理效果进行分析。结果 21例患者手术均取得成功，有1例患者发生气管导管脱管。无患者发生鼻腔、口腔感染。结论 护理人员应掌握丰富的护理知识，并通过细致的术前术后护理，关怀和照顾患者，为其提供足够的营养支持，可减少并发症的发生，提高患者术后的生存质量。

    【Abstract】Objective In patients with laryngeal cancer perioperative nursing experience, to explore the effect of care. Methods Our hospital from September 2005 to September 2010 were treated 21 cases of laryngeal cancer patients, supraglottic cancer, 6 cases of glottic carcinoma in 9 cases, 6 cases of subglottic cancer.
