【摘要】目的 了解静脉输液中存在的问题，探讨静脉输液中存在问题的对策，总結临床经验提高静脉输液护理质量,避免输液不良事件的发生。方法 对医院内科病房的静脉输液从药物领取,查对制度,配置过程, 服务态度及操作规程等方面的资料进行回顾性分析。結果 发现潜在隐患及存在的问题,及时进行整改,降低不良事件的发生。結论 加强静脉输液环节的护理管理对提高护理质量,减少输液纠纷的发生有积极意义。

    【Abstract】Objective To understand the problems in the intravenous infusion to explore the intravenous infusion of countermeasures, and summarize the clinical experience of intravenous infusion quality of care, to avoid the occurrence of infusion adverse events. Methods intravenous infusion on hospital medical wards to receive from the drug check system configuration process, service attitude, and operating procedures, data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The potential pitfalls and problems of timely corrective actions to reduce the incidence of adverse events. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing management of intravenous fluids links the occurrence of positive significance to improve the quality of care, reducing the infusion disputes. ......
