【摘要】目的 探讨现阶段疾控机构档案管理中存在的问题，提高档案管理的工作效率。方法 完善制度建设，提高相关人员的工作素质。结果 弥补疾控机构档案管理过程中的漏洞，使档案管理工作更高效、更合理。结论 正确对待疾控机构档案管理工作中存在的漏洞，从内在机制和外在制度层面双管齐下，共同提高我国疾控机构的档案管理工作。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the stage in the disease control agency problems in records management, records management to improve efficiency. Methods improve the system, improve the quality of relevant staff. The Results make up for the course of disease control agency records management loopholes, so that file management more efficient and reasonable. Conclusion is correct to treat the disease control agency records management loopholes, from the internal mechanism and external system level two-pronged approach to improve China's disease control agency jointly file management.
