【摘要】目的 总结泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病的围手术期护理经验，提高泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者术后的康复质量。方法 对56例泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期诊断与治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 经过对患者的细心护理，患者均顺利度过围手术期康复出院。结论 围手术期护理特别是糖尿病的术前、术后的密切监测和饮食与药物护理，严格无茵操作，预防并发症，是泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病手术患者康复的关键护理点。

    【Abstract】Objective To summarize the urological diseases in diabetic perioperative nursing experience, improve the quality of urological diseases rehabilitation of patients with diabetes mellitus after. Methods 56 cases of urological diseases diabetes mellitus in patients with perioperative diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results After careful care of patients, the patients survive the perioperative recovered and was discharged. Conclusion The perioperative care, especially diabetes, preoperative and postoperative close monitoring and food and drug care, strict aseptic operation, prevention of complications is a key point of care of patients undergoing rehabilitation in urological diseases with diabetes. ......
