【摘要】目的 观察湿润再生技术在褥疮治疗中的疗效。方法 2007年11 月至2009年11 月,43例患有Ⅱ～Ⅲ期褥疮的住院患者,用0.5%碘伏常规消毒创面后,再以生理盐水局部冲洗后,创面涂以美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO),或用(MEBO)纱条覆盖或填塞创面及溃疡腔, 每日换药 3次 ,以保持药效的连续性和保证创面处于湿润状态,直至创面修复,上皮再生。结果 以(MEBO)所建立的湿润再生技术治疗的43例患者,均取得了良好的疗效。结论 以MEBO所建立的湿润环境,有利于创面愈合,上皮再生。可明显提高治愈率 ,使愈合时间缩短 ,且操作简便 ,治疗费用低廉。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the curative effect of treating bedsore by the technical of wet-regeneration. Methods There are 43 patients with beds ore ( stage Ⅱ or stage Ⅲ) in our hospital from November 1,2007 to November 1,2009.Besides conventional nursing and strengthened nutrition, we plastered the wound with 0.5% iodophor, and persistingly douched the wound with isotonic Na chloride.The wounds were covered by MEBO burn cream. we renew the proceed three times a day so as to ensure the continuity of medicine effect and the wettish until the wounds were recovery and the endepidermis regenerated. Result 43 patients have gain satisfactory curative effects through the technical of wet-regeneration that is built by MEBO burn cream.
