742名大学新生人乳头瘤病毒认知与知晓情况分析(1)

摘要:目的通过分析2009级新生进校时对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)认知现状和对HPV感染知晓情况,为在人群中开展HPV感染健康教育提供科学依据。方法 以南华大学2009级新生为研究对象,随机抽取6个学院;2009年9月19日～21日组织760名新生填写HPV相关知识调查问卷,统计742份有效问卷的基本信息、HPV认知与知晓情况及对HPV健康教育的需求。结果在742名新生中,136名(18.33%)新生曾听说过HPV,且大多数是(72.79%)通过公共媒体(电视、杂志、电台广播)获得HPV知识;对HPV感染知晓水平从高到低依次为HPV可引起宫颈癌、阴茎癌、皮肤癌等恶性肿瘤(77.94%),不正常阴道括片结果可显示HPV感染(66.91%),尖锐湿疣由HPV感染引起(62.50%),感染HPV后可以没有症状(61.76%),HPV与性传播性疾病有关(47.06%),HPV可以通过皮肤接触传播(22.06%)。642名(86.52%)新生愿意了解更多HPV感染知识。结论听说过HPV的大学新生不到20%;绝大多数大学新生缺乏HPV感染知识,他们愿意了解更多有关HPV感染知识。

about the basic material, awareness and knowledge, and the need for health education were analyzed. ResultsOf the freshmen, 18.33% freshmen(n=136) have heard of HPV. Of 136 freshmen, 72.79%(n=99) have heard of HPV by the public media(television, magazine, radio); the rate of correct answers for HPV’s knowledge was respectively the causal link between HPV and cervical cancer/ penile cancer/cutaneum carcinoma(77.94%), an abnormal Pap test result indicating HPV infections(66.91%), the connection between HPV infections with genital warts(62.50%), HPV infection being asymptom(61.76%), HPV infections being sexually transmitted diseases(STD) (47.06%),HPV can transmit by contacting skin(22.06%).
