输卵管内给药配合中药治疗输卵管不通的不孕症疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的探讨输卵管内给药配合中成药金刚藤治疗输卵管不通的不孕症临床疗效。方法 在门诊选择输卵管不通共56例 ,在患者月经干净3-7天,将50ml注射器用三腔管一头与宫腔输卵管注液测压仪相接,一头与小号带气囊导尿管相接排空导尿管内气体置入宫腔,利用宫腔测压输液诊断仪(北京赛普九州科技发展有限公司生产的宫腔输卵管注液测压诊疗仪)向宫腔注射生理盐水20ml+庆大霉素8万u+地塞米松5mg后休息15-20分钟,注射过程中宫腔输卵管注液测压诊疗仪将自动显示液体注入毫升数和注入压力,术后配合金刚藤糖浆(由河南省怀化正好制药有限公司生产的每瓶150ml )10ml一日三次连服25天即10瓶一个疗程的方法。对56例输卵管不通病例进行治疗观察。结果 输卵管不通治愈率达60%以上,输卵管通而不畅治愈率达80%以上。结论输卵管内给药 配合中成药金刚藤治疗输卵管不通疗效显著。

Of 56 cases of tubal unreasonable to treat observed cases. The results of tubal unreasonable cure rate of more than 60% while the poor tubal more than 80% cure rate. Concluded within the delivery tube with the proprietary Chinese medicine treatment of tubal unreasonable Jingangteng effect is significant.
