营养不良与认知功能障碍的研究进展(2)

     然而,认知功能障碍中营养相关危险因子的证据仍不充分。严重或中度营养不良看似可以增加痴呆的易感性。然而,适当的营养也未能完全保护这些易感个体患病。另外,大量证据均表明必需微量营养素缺乏可导致认知功能障碍,但该营养素缺乏的界限值未能具体给出。此外,我们仍需大量随机,双盲及安慰剂对照试验来评估营养素缺乏对认知功能障碍的潜在影响[11]。这些都是我们今后对于营养不良与认知功能障碍研究的方向和重点所在。
