血铅分析前的质量控制(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨血铅分析前质控环节对检测结果的影响。方法 分别将全血样品与稀释液应以不同的比例混匀后测定血铅含量,研究采样误差和稀释液容量误差对血铅检测结果的影响。为研究铅标准曲线的相关系数对血铅检测结果的影响,制备了4种相关系数不同的铅标线曲线,在此基础上,同时测定了3个水平的全血样本铅含量。结果 不同比例的稀释液与全血混合后,其血铅测定值与标准对照之间存在一定差异,全血容量与稀释液容量对血铅含量检测的影响相似。分别在4种相关系数不同的标线曲线条件下测定3个水平的全血样本的血铅含量,结果表明,相关系数≥ 0.999时,血铅检测结果与标线曲线的相关系数为1.000时的测定值相似,没有统计学差异。在标准曲线的相关系数<0.999的条件下检测血铅,3个样本的铅含量均显著升高,与铅标线曲线的相关系数为1.000时的测定值之间存在显著性差异。结论 对于血铅检测的分析前质量控制,除稀释液容量及采血量的误差对血铅检测结果有一定影响外,铅标准曲线的相关系数≥ 0.999是血铅分析前质量控制中至关重要的环节。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveAnalysis of quality control test before affects on the results of blood lead value. MethodsBlood lead level of samples was determined after blood samples were diluted with different proportions. We investigated sampling error and errors of the dilution capacity on the blood lead test results. To study role of the correlation coefficient of standard curve of lead on the results of blood lead. we determined three samples of different blood lead levels under the condition of four lead sdandard curves of different correlation coefficient. Results Compared with control ratio, different ratios of dilution fluid and blood makes the difference in blood lead value, in which the blood volumeand dilution volume exert similar effects in blood lead value determined. Blood lead levels of three samples was measured with four standard curve of different correlation coefficient, respectively. The results show that there is no significant difference in blood lead values between standard curve of correlation coefficient measured 1.000 and 0.999. Under the conditions of the correlation coefficient of standard curve <0.999, the lead content of three samples were significantly increased, and there are significant differences compared with correlation coefficie
