[摘要]目的分析185例阑尾切除术时机。方法2007～2009年185例行阑尾手术,按发病时间分3组, 3天以内组, 4～7天组, 8天以上组。结果3天以内组127例,手术切除127例( 100% )。 4～7 天组48例,手术切除42例( 87.5% ),除4例( 8.3% )伤口感染外,无其他严重的并发症。 8天以上组10例,手术切除2例 (20%) 。结论7天以内发病的急性阑尾炎仍应选择手术切除。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveAnalyzing the appendectomy time of acute appendicitis. MethodsAcumulated 185 patients suffering from acute appendicitis from the year 2007 to 2009.All have undergone appendectomy. Results127 patients of disease during 3 days all do appendectomy (100%);42 of 48 patients of disease during 4～7 days do it (87.5%);2 of 10 patients of disease 8 days more do it (20%). Conclusion It is the best way to choose appendectomy therapy for acute appendicitis patients during 7 days.
