阿托伐他汀钙对急性冠脉综合征患者内皮功能的影响(1)

[摘要]目的观察阿托伐他汀钙对急性冠脉综合征患者内皮功能的影响。方法将64例患者随机分为常规治疗组、阿托伐他汀钙治疗组及正常组,常规治疗组给予阿斯匹林,β受体阻滞剂,硝酸酯类及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂,低分子肝素等治疗,阿伐他汀钙治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙20mg/d,服用12周。观察比较各组治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C浓度,内皮素(ET)浓度, 以及血栓素A2( TXA2) 、前列环素(PGI2)的各自代谢产物TXB2 、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α) 浓度的变化。结果:阿托伐他汀钙治疗组TC、TG、HDL-C浓度,ET浓度,以及TXA2 、PGI2 各自代谢产物TXB2 、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α)改善明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙可以改善血管内皮功能,机制可能与调节内皮素,血栓素,前列环素水平有关。

The effects of Alorvastin calcium on vascular endothelial function of Acute Coronary Syndrome.

[Abstract] 0bjective To observe the effects 0f Alorvastin calcium on vascular endothelial function of Acute Coronary Syndrome. Method The 64 patients of Acute Coronary Syndrome were randomly divided into three groups. The patients in the routine therapy group were given aspirin, β-blockers, nitrates, ACEI and Heparin. The patients in the Alorvastin calcium therapy group were given Alorvastin calcium 20mg/d for 12 weeks, based on the drugs in the routine therapy group. TC、TG、HDL-C andVascular endothelial function which include ET, TXA2 ,PGI2were determined at the same time.Results The levels of TC、TG、ET,TXB2and T/ P in the patients in the Alorvastin calcium therapy group were obviously higher than those in routine therapy Group(p<0.05). The levels of HDL-C and 6-K-PGF1αwere obviously below those in routine therapy Group(p<0.05). Conclusion The Alorvastin calcium can improve the vascular endothelial function of Acute Coronary Syndrome, maybe it’s because that Alorvastin calcium can adjust the level of endothelia ,Thromboxane B2 and 6-KetoprostaglandinF1α .

急性冠脉综合征(Acute Coronary Syndrome, ACS)包括急性心肌梗死和不稳定型心绞痛,是易造成致死和致残的严重心血管事件。内皮功能障碍(endothelium dysfunction ,ED)被认为贯穿于急性冠脉综合征发生发展的全过程,尤其在斑块破裂过程中起重要作用,故逆转失调的内皮功能是心血管疾病治疗的新趋势[1,2]。其中内皮素( ET)、血栓素A2 ( TXA2) 、前列环素(PGI2) 是与内皮有关的血管活性物质,在许多伴有血管内皮细胞损伤的病理过程中,起着重要的作用[3] ......
