[摘要]目的阐述医院档案管理的重要性,并探讨医院档案管理实行规范化管理的措施。方法提高科研档案管理人员素质,加强制度化建设,完善科研档案管理。结果 档案规范化管理使档案管理每个环节的运行有章可循,提高了利用档案的效率,为实行医院信息资源共事打下良好的基础。结论 按上述方法严格执行,可以起到加强科研档案管理,为临床科研工作提供优秀服务,促进科研档案的利用,更好的发挥科研档案的价值。
