[摘要]目的观察胫骨带锁髓内钉系统在治疗胫骨骨折中的方法和疗效。方法 2004年1月-2009年12月,采用胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折177 例,男144 例,女 33例,年龄平均 36.4岁( 12―70 岁),,80例为闭合行骨折,手术均采用小切口切开复位。 结果 手术时间40 ―105 min ,平均80 min, 46例均随访10 - 18月,平均16个月,最早术后六周X线显示骨痂出现,临床及影像学平均骨折愈合时间4个月。手术效果良好,无严重并发症 .所有患者术后6个月膝关节屈曲在100度以上. 结论胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折是一种有效的方法,它可以减少手术创伤,提高了骨折愈合率,减少了骨折后的并发症,能早期活动、感染率低等优点,是一种较好的内固定方法。
