[摘要]目的观察坎地沙坦(迪之雅)联合美托洛尔(倍他乐克)治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法将70例充血性心力衰竭患者按随机数分配法分成两组。治疗组40例，除常规治疗外，口服坎地沙坦和美托洛尔，美托洛尔小剂量开始，逐渐增量。对照组30例，给予常规抗心衰治疗。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(u=3.562，P=0.000)。结论坎地沙坦与美托洛尔联合应用治疗CHF简单易行，安全有效，对伴有心率增快和血压升高的CHF，更为适用。

    Candesartan combined with metoprolol in intreament of 40 cases of heart failure

    [Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of Candesartan and metoprolol in the treament of cargestive heart failure patients. MethodsTo cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases of treament group, inaddition to coventional treatment, were given oral irbesartan and metoprolol, metoprolol dose to start small and gradually increase. 30 cases of the control group were given coventional anti-heart failure treatment.
