[摘要]目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救与护理方法。方法 分析36例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床料，对护理措施进行总结。结果34例患者中轻、中度中毒者全部治愈，重度中毒患者死亡2例，抢救成功率88.2%。结论 对急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行争分夺秒的抢救与细心护理至关重要，可明显提高治愈率。

    [Abstract]Objective Summary of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning first aid and nursing methods. Methods 36 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning of clinical material, summary measures of care. Results in 34 patients with mild to moderate poisoning were cured, 2 deaths in patients with severe poisoning cases, the survival rate of 88.2%. Conclusion Patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were racing against time to rescue and critical care nursing, can significantly improve the cure rate.
