[摘要]房颤是最为常见的持续性心律失常，房颤已成为目前严重的危害老年人健康的常见病、多发病，并越来越引起人们的重视。随着年龄的增长，其发病率也逐渐升高，房颤会带来许多严重的并发症，引起偏瘫、意识障碍、生活不能自理，重者导致死亡，目前大量的研究和临床表明，房颤射频消融是近年来一项发展很快的治疗技术，适应证的范围不断扩大，心律失常采用射频消融治疗是目前公认的最好的治疗方式，也是目前治愈最彻底的方式，房颤射频消融术后并发症治疗尤为重要，房颤射频消融术后并发房速是临床有待研究的课题之一，现就房颤射频消融术的发展现状、临床治疗新进展综述如下。

With age, the incidence rate of Atrial fibrillation has gradually increased, atrial fibrillation will bring many serious complications, causing paralysis and unconsciousness, and patient do not take care of themselves in life and resultin death in serious cases,At present ,a lot of clinical research indicated thatatrial fibrillation radio-frequency catheter ablation is a rapid development treatment technic in recent years, and the range of indications is expanding , currently radio-frequency catheter ablation is the best treatment way and the most thorough way to arrhythmia. It is particularly important to treat Concurrent Atrial tachycardia after atrial fibrillation radio-frequency catheter ablation. It is one of the topics to be studied clinically. Now, to summarize to the current development of new clinical advances of radio-frequency catheter ablation. ......
