[摘要] 目的 观察血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的水平在左心衰患者合并房颤的临床意义。方法 95例左心衰竭患者按快速房颤、窦性心率分组，测定BNP水平。结果 左心衰竭合并快速房颤组患者血浆BNP水平明显高于窦性心率组(P<0.05)。结论 左心衰竭患者的BNP水平，合并快速房颤者比窦性心率者高，且与左房内径有明显相关性。
