[摘要] 目的 探讨锁定钢板内固定术治疗骨质疏松性肱骨外科颈骨折的手术方法及其临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2004年4月～2010年4月在我院治疗的46例老年骨质疏松性肱骨外科颈骨折患者的临床资料。结果 按照Constant评分标准：功能优30例、良11例、可5例、差0例，优良率89.1%。术中均无血管、神经损伤，术后无感染。结论 锁定钢板内固定术治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨外科颈骨折固定牢靠，疗效满意，是理想的治疗方法，值得临床推广和应用。

    [Abstract] Objective to study the locking plate fixation humerus surgical treatment of osteoporotic fractures of the surgical method and its neck clinical curative effect. Methods a retrospective analysis of April 2004 ~ 2010 April in our hospital treatment of 46 cases senile osteoporosis sex humerus surgical patients with fracture of the clinical data of the neck. Results according to scoring standards: the function of optimization of 30 cases of 11 patients, good, 5 cases, poor "in 0 case, 89.1% dykes. Intraoperative were no blood vessels, nerve damage, postoperative infection. Conclusion locking plate fixation treatment of senile osteoporosis sex humerus surgical neck fractures fixed firm, and the results were satisfactory, is the ideal treatment, and clinical application. ......
