[摘要] 目的 探讨应用游离足底内侧皮瓣修复对侧足跟部软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2006年7月至2009年6月，应用足底内侧游离皮瓣转移修复对侧足跟部软组织缺损15例。结果 15例皮瓣移植后均成活，术后随访3～12个月，所有皮瓣外形和感觉均恢复良好。结论 游离足底内侧皮瓣修复对侧足跟部深度软组织缺损效果较好。

    Treatment of heel soft tissue defect by free contralateral medial plantar flap

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of heel soft tissue defect by free contralateral medial plantar flap.Methods 15 cases of deep heel soft tissue defect were treated by free contralateral medial plantar flaps.Results All flaps survived，and all cases were followed up for 3～12 months.The figure and feeling of all the flaps were good.Conclusion It is effective to use the free contralateral medial plantar flap to treat the deep heel soft tissue defect.
