[摘要] 目的 为及时控制慢性支气管炎急性发作提供较好的用药方法。方法 将急性发作的慢性支气管炎患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，两组均予常规西药治疗，治疗组同时加服中药汤剂，10d后观察两组疗效。 结果 治疗组治愈率62.5%，有效率32.5%，总有效率95%，；对照组治愈率47.5%，有效率27.5%，总有效率75%，两组比较，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 中西医综合用药能控制慢性支气管炎急性发作，优于单纯西医治疗。
