[摘要] 老年人可以不出现剧烈胸痛，腹痛为主要症状的心肌梗塞和消化性溃疡，医患双方掌握老年人无痛性心肌梗塞和无痛性消化性溃疡疾病特点，能够早期诊断，及时抓住抢救治疗时机，可以大大降低老年人无痛性心肌梗塞和无痛性消化性溃疡的死亡率。
