[摘要] 本文以2009-2011年来我院实习的本科护理专业的60名学生为例，仔细阐述了实习学生在护理科室培训的内容以及方法，结合学生特点，改进培训方法，使学生在实习过程中，不断提高自身的专业素质和处理问题的能力，为今后学生走向工作岗位打下了坚实的基础。

    2009-2011年护理专业本科实习生60名，其中男8名、女52名，年龄21～24岁。
