[摘要] 目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗方法。方法 采用手法、针刺、牵引、中药外敷及功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者100例。结果 随访半年，优89例，占89%；良7例，占7%；中3例，占3%；差1例，占1%。结论 非手术仍是腰椎间盘突出症重要的治疗手段，具有操作简单、安全，无创、费用低廉、疗效可靠、并发症少等优点。

    Treating 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation with non-surgical treatments

    [Abstract] Objective To explore non-surgical treatments of lumbar disc herniation. Method Treating100 cases of lumbar disc herniation with Massage, acupuncture, traction, External application of Chinese medicine and functional training .
