[摘要] 目的 了解KIinefelter综合征的病因，预后和防治。方法 对247例无精症患者进行精液分析、生殖激素测定、染色体检查、睾丸活检。结果 染色体数目增加89例。结论 克林非氏综合症因其损害的不可逆性给治疗带来困难，应积极预防和早期治疗。
