护理干预青年乳腺癌手术患者对身心状态的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察青年乳腺癌手术患者的心理状态以及护理干预对其身心状态的影响。方法 选取≤40岁的乳腺癌手术患者68例，随机分为对照组和护理干预组各34例。对照组按照护理程序常规进行术前访视、健康教育，护理干预组在此基础上实施护理干预。通过SAS焦虑自评量表测定两组患者人院时、术前1天、出院时SAS评分。结果 患者入院时SAS评分大于焦虑评定的临界标准分；术前1天SAS评分明显大于入院时SAS评分；出院时SAS评分小于临界标准分，且明显小于入院时SAS评分。护理干预组入院时SAS评分与对照组比较无差异，术前1天及出院时SAS评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 青年乳腺癌手术患者普遍存在焦虑情绪，在手术前1天焦虑程度最高；而护理干预对青年乳腺癌手术患者的焦虑情绪有明显积极的影响.因此在青年岁乳腺癌患者手术前后有针对性地开展护理干预十分必要。
