[摘要] 目的 为哈密地区门诊和社区糖尿病患者提供糖尿病健康教育的科学依据。方法 将108例糖尿病患者进行一对一问卷调查。结果 糖尿病患者通过医护人员的健康宣教对医护服务、生活质量满意度明显升高,疾病对自己的影响程度、心理抑郁程度有所降低。结论 通过健康教育,构建医院门诊-社区一体化糖尿病管理模式，进一步建立了和谐的医患关系,使哈密地区糖尿病患者能正确认识糖尿病知识，积极主动参与治疗活动。
