衡阳市厂矿企业职工吸烟状况\吸烟环境及控烟态度调查(1)

[摘要] 目的 为了了解目前衡阳市厂矿企业职工的吸烟状况，探讨吸烟行为的影响因素以及厂矿企业职工的控烟态度，为以后在衡阳市内制定合理有效的控烟措施、开展有效的控烟活动提供参考。方法 选择衡阳市厂矿企业职工作为研究对象，采取整群随机抽样方法，抽取了前往衡阳市疾病控制中心进行体检的三个厂矿企业职工，采用自填式问卷调查的方式，对共计710人进行面对面的问卷调查。结果 人群吸烟率为现在吸烟率，为40.8%，其中男性吸烟率为63.8%，女性为1.2%，男性明显高于女性。初中、高中两种受教育程度的人群吸烟率高于其他受教育人群，男性不同年均收入人群的吸烟率无差别。吸烟者的吸烟量平均值为14.12支，低于全国平均吸烟量水平(14.8支); 吸烟者最早规律吸烟的平均年龄为21.14岁，吸烟者的主要吸烟场所在室内。1.3%的人对被动吸烟非常介意,49.30%的家庭对吸烟没有限制, 12.50%的工作场所对吸烟完全没有限制。结论 衡阳市厂矿企业职工吸烟率较高，二手烟的控制力度不够，衡阳市厂矿企业离无烟环境建设还有很大的距离。

Smoking Condition Investigation of Corporation Workers in Hengyang

[Abstract] Objective This text discusses the influence factors about smoking behavior and residents of attitude, to understand the smoking among residents in Hengyang, provide basis data for effective tobacoo control policy formulated in Hengyang. Methods Choose workers of factories and enterprises in Hengyang as the research object, take cluster random sampling method, for 710 workers crew on face-to-face questionnaire. Results The prevalence of smoking is 40.8% ,including male by 63.8% , women by 1.2% .Its significantlythat Junior high school, high school education degree smoking rate higher than any other people. Manual workers smoking rates higher than others, men smoking rates have non-differently functioning with income. An average of Smokers smoking 14.12, lower than the national average level of smoking 14.8.The average age for smoking is 21.14 years old, smokers most often smoke indoor. Conclusion The enterprises and institutions of Hengyang don't have strong consciousness of smoking tobacco control measures. The task of tobacco control activities in the work unit's has more challenging.

烟草已成为当今世界上危害最严重的健康和社会问题，控烟形势刻不容缓。我国控烟问题一直被人们视为非常棘手的问题。我国现有烟民3.2亿，是世界上烟草生产和消费最大，同时也是世界上每年吸烟人数死亡最多的国家。衡阳市是一个有着110万人的一个城市，吸烟者随处可见，控烟形势相当严峻。有文献报道，厂矿职工的吸烟率较其他职业人群高，且厂矿职工有很多都从事有毒有害工作，两者同时作用于机体会产生协同作用，对工人的健康产生很大影响。衡阳市厂矿企业众多，为了保护工人的健康，尽量控制烟草给工人健康所带来的危害，我们对衡阳市厂矿企业职工的吸烟状况、吸烟环境以及控烟的态度作了调查，以便为政府制定政策和相关机构开展控烟工作提供依据。
1 对象与方法
