[摘要] 目的 尿液分析仪对临床有关疾病的诊断、治疗、疗效观察上发挥了重要作用由于它的检测法既简便、快捷、检测项 目多，又重复性好、标本用量少，故已成为临床上尿液检测的重要组成部分，但其检查结果经常与镜检结果出现差异，现对尿分析仪结果的影响因素做简要分析。方法 通过镜检法和尿分析仪法对相同标本的检测结果的异同得出其差异，并对其产生原因进行讨论分析。结论 尿液分析仪结果出现差异原因多样，但大多属于人为原因，应在操作时严格按照实验室质控要求来操作，当结果出现问题时应及时寻找原因并纠正。

    [Abstract] With the advanced medical equipment used in the medical field, urine analyzer have played a role in diagnose, treatment and efficacy observed. Because it is simple, quick, has test items and has good repeatability, with less samples, it has become an important clinical component of the urine test, but it can not replace traditional microscopy for detecting urine formed elements (cells, casts, crystals, cancer cells, etc.).
