[摘要] 目的 探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在胆囊切除中的应用价值。方法 对38例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果 38例手术中37例获得成功，手术时间32-65分钟，无术中术后并发症，术中出血约15-35毫升，术后7天恢复工作，术后3个月回访均无异常感觉，腹部无明显手术瘢痕，1例因腹腔粘连而行三孔胆囊切除术。结论 单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术，术后无明显手术瘢痕，满足了部分病人的美容需求。
