胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病可以降低HbA1c，减少血糖波动，改善神经系统病变导致的疼痛和性功能，降低胰岛素用量，从而改善生活质量；但其也存在不足之处，包括经济负担较重，存在感染风险，若治疗不当可导致胰岛素滥用，严重低血糖及肥胖[14]。对于2型糖尿病患者早期应用胰岛素强化治疗,有利于及时控制血糖，以消除高糖毒性影响,防止并延缓糖尿病并发症的发生及发展。应用胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病患者，疗效好，使用安全、可靠、方便，是目前较为有效的治疗方法，临床上值得推广应用。
