[摘要] 目的 评价微创经胸小切口房间隔缺损封堵术的疗效。方法 245例房间隔缺损患者，缺损直径5-36mm，在全麻下经右胸第四肋间小切(2-4cm)口入胸，在食道超声检测下，经右心房放置输送器，在房间隔缺损两侧释放封堵伞封闭缺损。结果 238例封堵成功，7例封堵失败改体外循环手术修补，1例3天后伞脱落，改体外循环手术取伞修补缺损。8例残余分流，3月后分流消失。结论 微创经胸小切口房间隔缺损封堵术效果好，安全，美观，恢复快。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive atrial septal defect transcatheter closure of 245 patients through chest.Methods Under general anesthesia and TEE guidance, the chest of the 245 atrial septal defect patients with the diameter of ASD from 5 to 36 mm were opened through the right chest with a cut from 2 to 4 cm. A transporter was placed through the right atrial and the transcatheter then was released in both sides of atrial septal defect. Results 238 cases succeeded while 7 failed who were later repaired under CPB, among which 1 case come off after 3 days and were later repaired under CPB with the transcatheter taken away and the 8 other cases leaked and healed after 3 months. Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive atrial septal defect transcatheter closure through chest was comparatively sound and safe while patients could recover within a short time. ......
