[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血清癌抗原125(CA125)值及临床意义。方法 分析60例子宫内膜异位症患者血CA125值，并对其中22例子宫内膜异位症复发患者及60例健康体检者血CA125值进行分析。结果 60例子宫内膜异位症患者有33例血CA125值高于正常值(35KU/L),敏感性为(55.0%)，Ⅲ-Ⅳ期宫内膜异位症组敏感性为(78.1%)较Ⅰ-Ⅱ期组敏感性(53.6%)明显增高(P<0.01)；22例子宫内膜异位症复发患者有16例患者血CA125值高于正常值(35KU/L),敏感性为(68.2%)，Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宫内膜异位症组复发敏感性为(100%)较Ⅰ-Ⅱ期复发组敏感性为(60.0%)明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 子宫内膜异位症患者血清抗原125值测定对子宫内膜异位症复发患者的预测有一定的价值。

    The Clinical Research of Serum CA125 in Endometriosis

    [Abstract] Objective To research The clinical significance and level variation of serum CA 125 in patients with endometriosis. Methods Serum CA125 level of 22 recurrent cases,60 endometriosis cases and 60 healthy cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 60 endometriosis cases, the level of serum CA125 of 33 cases were over 35KU/L, the sensitivity was (55.0%),the sensitivity of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ(78.1%)was obviously higher than that of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(53.6%);In 22 recurrent cases,the values of serum CA125 of 16 cases were over 35KU/L,the sensitivity was (68.2%),the prediction ability of CA125 in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ(100%)was obviously higher than that of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(60.0%);Conclusion Serum CA125 played an important role in the diagnosis and prediction of endometriosis. ......
